BREAKING NEWS in Lee County Virginia. Lee County Sheriff Gary Parsons reports that a call came in around 8am on Sunday May 8th with a woman claiming she shot her husband. Sheriff Deputies were sent to the home which is located just off Bill Cope Road in Jonesville where they found Justin Seidel who had been shot multiple times while asleep on the couch.
Nicole Marie Seidel was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder and is being held without bond at the Southwest Regional Jail in Duffield.
Sheriff Parsons says the Investigation is still ongoing as to what led up to the shooting.
