To be healthy as a whole, mental wellness plays a role.

Frontier Health and Planning District One Behavioral Health Services in partnership with Lee County Public Schools are expanding mental health services for all middle and high school students in Lee County.

Services are funded through the School Based Mental Health Grant and are provided on site in local schools by trained Frontier Health counselors. The goal is to fight stigma against mental health in rural Appalachia, and help provide children and parents with life-changing services that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Together we can make a difference in our community, and end mental health stigma. Contact your local school guidance counselor today!
